SHIPPING

Orders are delivered with Australia Post. Please allow 1-3 days after your order has been made for it to be shipped. A tracking number will be sent to you.

Due to COVID-19 lockdown and restrictions, Australia Post may have delays.

Prices are calculated based on the weight of your package. Larger orders may incur extra shipping costs. Shipping costs do not include Duty, VAT or Customs Tariffs for international orders which are set by the destination country and payable by the customer.

Sea active is not responsible for the theft, damage or loss of a parcel once shipping has been confirmed. We will attempt to assist as much as possible if this occurs.

The customer is responsible if an order is returned to Sea active marked as unclaimed and will need to pay for shipping costs to resend.
