RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Don't love it?

Don't stress.

Lodge a return within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit.

FULL PRICE ITEM: Exchange or Store credit available.

SALE / PROMOTIONAL ITEM: We do not offer exchanges or store credits for sale items.

For faulty items, we apologise and will provide an exchange or store credit.

Here's a quick checklist of requirements for ALL exchange/store credit items

  1. Must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Email info@seaactive.com.au with order number and request of exchange or store credit

  3. Must be in original condition with all tag and hygiene sticker attached.

  4. Must not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way.

 

Shipping of returns are at the cost of the customer
